If you are an online member we will be asking you to exercise five days per week, with two rest days, and some days will be easier than others. This is a guide we set for best results. Allocate around 35-60 minutes for each of the five days for exercise.
If you are a member we will also be encouraging you to follow the workout plan as advised in the program. For those clients undertaking Personal Training for the 12 weeks, we would simply encourage you to substitute one workout a week in exchange for your training session.
