Sometimes our emails can appear to be lost due to the filter settings associated with your email account. Please ensure that you check your Junk mail as our emails may have ended up in this folder.
We also suggest you pop the email address ‘email@example.com’ into your safe sender list to ensure you receive our updates.
If you have not received any emails from ‘Team Fernwood’, check you haven’t accidentally registered your account with a typo or error in your email address. You can check your email address in your profile settings by visiting Settings > Profile.
