Once you have selected your starting date, we will send you an email with your shopping list for the first week. As soon as your program starts you’ll have access to all the recipes and your meal plan for the first week. From week one onward, you will receive your meal plan and shopping list on the Thursday before the next week commences, so you can get a head start on your food prep.
