You will have five workouts and two rest days for each week. Each workout uses a different mix of strength and cardio to engage various muscle groups in the body, ensuring you get a full body workout over the course of the week. Because of this, we strongly recommend you try all the workouts at least once - twice if you like - in the order we have listed them for the week, for optimal results.
The workouts will range in duration from 30 minutes to an hour. We have included workouts of varying intensity – from a walk/jog pace to higher intensity circuit training – to suit all fitness levels. We ask that you do what you can, challenge yourself, but stick within your safety limits.
