We find this structure also helps our participants avoid getting overwhelmed – there’s a lot to take in during the program!
However, you can view your full meal plan and workout plan in advance. Your weekly meal plan is available on the weekly overview screen and you can find your week’s workout plan every day in the program below the featured video or article.
Once you have started your program, your meal plan and shopping list for the following week will be made available in advance so you can do your grocery shopping and be prepared for the week ahead. Keep an eye on your email inbox for this email.
