There's no need to feel apprehensive when you first step foot inside a Fernwood club. We’ll be there to guide you every step of the way during your first 28 days, both in club and online. As a new member, you’ll receive our new induction program, Your Fernwood, as part of your membership. The program will teach you everything you need to know about your new club, as well as tips and tricks on exercise, nutrition and mindset to set you up for success. So if you're a beginner, even better - we'll show you how to get it right from the start!
On your first visit, you'll meet with a Fitness Coach who will help you set some really solid goals and create an action plan for you to work towards. As you begin to get comfortable, start trying different group fitness classes and make sure you lock in your complimentary Personal Training and FIIT30 (small group training) sessions. After a few weeks, we guarantee you'll feel like a regular.
