When to use this guide
Use this guide when you are experiencing some of the issues below:
⚠️ When you are experiencing issues and delays with the 24/7 Door
⚠️ QR Code Access is not working or delays in opening the doors
⚠️ Connectivity Issues with the 24/7 Controller
⚠️ Door reader is not attending members
Follow the step-by-step instructions below
- On your 24/7 computer we would suggest for you to search for 'Services' on the computer Search Bar.
2. Once open services, scroll down to 'Exerp Controller'
3. Click on 'Restart' on the side bar and let it load. Once completed, please restart the computer.
4. Once your computer has restarted, log back in and open Exerp Client.
Click into Client on the menu bar ➡️ 'Change' next to the computer name >➡️Scope 'your club location' and change Type to 'controller' then search.
➡️ Click on the active controller name that comes up.
➡️ Click 'Devices' then onto the '24/7 Front Door' option. Below you should see 'Log' and hit 'Refresh'.
The logs should come up with connection successful.
5. Do a test by fobbing into the club and accessing the club via QR Code to ensure it is working successfully.
6. Should you run into any issues, please repeat the above steps until you get a successful connection.
