When to use this guide
⚠️ When members are experiencing the error message displayed below/ issue when trying to use the QR Code Access on their phone
⚠️ When members get a new phone and have to reset their digital access
Members will need to scan the Reset QR Code displayed below. This will reset their application and the device it is registered to.
Members will then be able to use the QR digital access afterwards.

💡Tip: Make sure to check that the member has the correct 24/7 privilege and gym access to use the QR digital Access
