Go to https://outlook.office.com/mail/ and type in the email address and password for your account. You should be prompted to keep your account secure:
Click on Next
Please follow the instructions below on how to download the Authenticator:

Download the Microsoft Authenticator App from the Play Store / App Store

Open the Authenticator App on your phone and select the plus icon – Work or school account

Click on Scan a QR Code and follow the steps. Scan the QR code from your computer/laptop screen
- Click on Next - You should get prompted to do a test
- Should you have any issues regarding setting up your email address, please go to the authenticator app on your phone, select the correct email address. Go to the top right corner and click on the settings wheel: Click on Remove account and confirm. Close the app and your browser and start over.
